When will my order be shipped?

• All UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail tracked service. We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1-3 business days of receipt (this does not include weekends or public holidays).
• European & Rest of the world parcels are also sent via Royal Mail, and shipping time varies on your location.
• If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe then please message us using the contact form.
• We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.

• We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the online tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
