Shipping and Transit Times

Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders and flat rate shipping fees for expedited and international orders regardless of how many items are in your order. All orders ship from our warehouse from Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12PM PST/3PM EST will ship the same day. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $100

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
